Ruffled Skirt

I found this free tutorial for a ruffled skirt and within a day I was on my way to Strawberry Patches to find some fabric.  This was so quick and easy that making one just causes you to want to make a few more.   

I added a few little fabric yo-yos to a t-shirt from Target for a complete outfit...

 The blue with white polka dot was fabric I had left over from the girls' bedding -- oh, yeah, the girls bedding.  I still haven't posted those pics -- so here they are...
